Kei joined the Amazon Media Group (Amazon Advertising) in November 2014 where he first led the overall advertising sales division. In March 2016, Kei became head of agency development team, where he now drives holistic business partnerships with agency holding companies. He also leads a team of experienced programmatic advertising specialists who help Japan’s top agencies drive value for their advertising clients. Prior to Amazon, Kei worked for AOL’s Advertising.com Japan, where as Chief Operating Officer he was responsible for the entire business operation including advertiser/publisher sales, product development and ad operations. At Ad.com Japan, Kei launched new ad technology businesses including an advertising network, demand-side and supply side programmatic ad platforms (DSP and SSP) and video ad products. Before joining Advertising.com Japan, Kei worked for the Internet Business Division at Mitsui & Co., Ltd. where he designed strategies to accelerate growth at internet media businesses in Mitsui’s investment portfolio.
