Ryo Ishii, a founder and CEO at northshore Inc.
He started as a production manager then promoted to a TVC director in the earlier stage of his career in the industry.
After that period, In 2008, he founded a creative production company called northshore Inc.
He was young and ambitious. He took the new business opportunity but unfortunately failed with a hundred millions of losses. He restarted his business in a tiny little room of his parent’s house by himself and had decided to move forward.
The unique business models he founded after the crisis is as follows;
1) Systematizing alliance with freelance creators.
2) Providing co-working space for creators who can collaborate with other creators.
3) Producing ‘Cre-Shore’ which is a portfolio searching platform for video directors.
4) Producing ‘ Synco’ which is a cloud service for creating ad materials.

Now northshore Inc. celebrated 10 year anniversary last year and has over 70 employees and over hundred contracted creators.
