PD1 Working Style Reformations: Necessity of Inclusivity (100min)
What is inclusion? How do we make it a reality? Work Style Reform refers to reform that allows for "choice" for flexible and diverse work styles. At this panel, we will be discussing obstacles, solutions and interesting research that speaks to "choice" in the workplace that also supports socially disadvantaged or minorities. Panelists and the moderator are from McCann Erikson, Vector, Dentsu Digital, Twitter, Sprinklr, Cyber Agent, and Amazon representing HR, management and project leaders. We also plan take questions from the audience so please come share our workplace realities.
